In this packaging design class, students move beyond concept into the precision of making—learning the discipline of pre-press and the art of preparing complex files for print. They consider every detail with care: bleeds and crop marks, as well as how to achieve the subtle sheen of UV gloss, the tactile presence of foil, embossing, and debossing.
